DANA deposit and withdrawal

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are widely used e-wallet services across Indonesia, and we fully support both at ninatoto. For OVO deposits, visit the deposit page, select OVO, and enter your registered OVO phone number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your phone; enter it to confirm the transaction. The deposit appears in your ninatoto account within subject to verification. GoPay works similarly: select GoPay, scan the QR code with your GoPay app, confirm in the app, and funds arrive within subject to verification. Both methods require you to have sufficient balance or linked bank account in your OVO or GoPay wallet. KYC (know-your-customer) verification applies if your transaction exceeds our welcome offer in a single month; you will be prompted to upload ID and proof of address directly from your account dashboard. Withdrawals to OVO or GoPay reverse the process: select the e-wallet, confirm your registered phone number, and funds transfer within subject to verification. BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual accounts (VA) offer a secure, bank-to-bank payment path for ninatoto deposits and withdrawals. Upon registration, you can request a unique virtual-account number linked to your chosen bank: BCA, Mandiri, BRI or BNI. To deposit, transfer funds from your personal bank account to this VA number using your online banking platform or ATM. Your ninatoto account will be credited within subject to verification after our system detects the incoming transfer. No deposit fees apply. To withdraw, select bank transfer from your account dashboard, confirm your registered bank and account number, enter the amount, and the money returns to your personal account within subject to verification depending on your bank's clearing window. Your VA persists across all future transactions, making repeat deposits and withdrawals faster. If you link multiple bank accounts to the same ninatoto account, ensure withdrawal destination matches the account on file to avoid delays. Bank holidays and after-hours transfers (e.g. 22:00–06:00) may be queued and processed the next business day.

Fees, limits and verification

We charge no deposit fees across all payment methods; DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS and bank virtual accounts all deposit at zero cost to you. Withdrawal fees vary by payment provider: e-wallets typically charge no platform fee, though your e-wallet provider may deduct a small amount (our welcome offer–3,000). Bank transfers may incur a fee (our welcome offer–5,000) depending on your bank; we display this before confirmation. Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account status and payment method. Standard accounts (unverified) can deposit up to our welcome offer daily; verified accounts may deposit up to our welcome offer. Withdrawal limits are similar, but all withdrawals require two-step KYC verification completed before your first payout request. Verification involves uploading a government-issued ID and proof of residence (dated within three months) from your account settings; this typically completes within subject to verification. Once verified, you unlock unlimited daily withdrawal attempts, though individual transactions over our welcome offeray trigger an internal compliance review (24–48 hours). Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not credit to your ninatoto account within the expected window (subject to verification depending on method), first check your account history under "Payment Records" to confirm the status. Most delays are temporary; funds arrive within subject to verification. If the transaction shows "pending," wait another subject to verification and refresh. If it shows "failed," your money automatically returns to your source wallet or bank account within 24 hours; do not attempt to re-deposit the same amount immediately.
